Example SecureSession workflow: a user-triggered screenshot is securely received by the server, verified, processed, timestamped, and stored in encrypted form.

Screenshots are captured only when the user presses a hotkey, encrypted locally using a shared key, and transmitted to the SecureSession server. If the correct key is not supplied on both ends, the data remains unreadable — even if stored on the server.

A Windows VPS Server is required to run the SecureSession Server program for license holders.

The SecureSession Server is used to receive, decrypt, and securely store encrypted support screenshots sent by authorized clients.

Refunds are only issued if the software cannot be made to function on a supported Windows VPS or client system after reasonable troubleshooting.

All license activity may be logged to protect both parties. Filing false payment disputes after receiving software access or onboarding materials is considered fraud and may be reported to your bank, payment provider, and relevant authorities.
