The IncomiQ Paid Staff Program is a remote, paid program for individuals who have proven capability, reliability, and alignment with IncomiQ standards. This is not an entry-level track.
Eligibility: Participants may be considered if they have (1) completed an IncomiQ Internship Program, (2) completed an approved IncomiQ Certificate Program (such as CERQ-1), or can provide verifiable real-world experience and strong project evidence demonstrating equivalent capability. Final eligibility and selection decisions are made at IncomiQβs discretion.
Work style: Fully remote, flexible scheduling, milestone-driven assignments, clearly defined scopes, and minimal meetings.
Typical work: building and maintaining security tools, analyzers and simulators, VM lab environments, detection validation, and producing documentation + video demonstrations.
Compensation: primarily project/milestone-based. Hourly and performance bonuses may be used depending on scope and responsibility. Pay details for specific positions are listed in the Staff Roles section below.

Cross-functional role combining cybersecurity engineering, software development, and systems work. Staff are expected to be self-directed and deliver production-ready work with clear documentation.
Responsibilities: tools, analyzers, simulators, automation, VM labs, testing, documentation, demos.
Work structure: primarily part-time, milestone-driven, low meetings, clearly scoped deliverables with acceptance criteria. Some projects may require a temporary full-time commitment for defined periods based on scope and deadlines.
Compensation: primarily based on project completion and milestone delivery. A base hourly rate of $50/hour may be applied when appropriate, with bonus compensation depending on project scope, complexity, and impact.
Paid oversight role responsible for intern progress tracking, documentation quality, standards enforcement, and escalation of issues when necessary.
Structure: part-time role consisting of one recorded orientation per cycle plus asynchronous progress reviews.
Focus: quality control, accountability, documentation standards, professionalism, and corrective action when required.
Compensation: $500β$1,000 monthly, depending on intern count, workload, and program activity level.
