IncomiQ provides a platform where users can purchase units in revenue-generating pools tied to digital products. Users receive payouts based on their ownership percentage, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

4. Revenue Pools

Unit Purchases

Users may purchase units in active revenue pools. Each unit represents a fractional share of the pool's revenue stream. Units are non-transferable and expire after 12 months.

Monthly Payouts

80% of the pool's gross revenue is distributed to users as monthly payouts. Payouts are calculated based on the user's ownership percentage of the pool.

Platform Fees

We retain 20% of gross revenue as a management fee and charge a 5% transaction fee on unit purchases.

5. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and transactions.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our platform.
Use our services for lawful purposes only and avoid activities that harm our platform or other users.

6. Refund Policy

All unit purchases are final and non-refundable. Please review your transactions carefully before completing a purchase.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IncomiQ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to terminate your account or access to the platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or other harmful activities.
